It's a phenomenal service now that does a great job of blocking malware and viruses.

It comes pre-installed with Windows 10 and will be with Windows 11. My biggest recommendation at this point is to just stick with Windows Defender. Like most antiviruses, you pretty much just go through the basic setup, check off a few boxes and it runs in the background, updates itself and takes care of all the processes from there on automatically without the users really have to do anything or pay any attention to it. suckers- that ip database will allow them to activate an global windows server. The main drawback issues was that is just the fact that your personal information is not necessarily real secure with that software anymore. And it still is pretty effective at that. We chose Kaspersky originally because it had a very good reputation for blocking viruses and protection against malware. The main reason for this is Kaspersky as a company has some very questionable ties to the Russian Military, including the KGB.
We actually ended up not using Kaspersky and primarily we use Windows Defender. I've used Windows Defender pretty frequently, and also the free versions for AVG and Avast Antivirus. I gave Kaspersky Endpoint Security a three out of five.
